FITNESS
RULE CHANGES:
1.
The six(6) mandatory
fitness moves that are used in the professional division will
be mandatory for all national contests including the Jr.USA, Jr.Nationals,
USA, Team Universe and Nationals. Fitness competitors in these contests
must incorporate the following six(6) moves into their 2 minute
fitness routines: One
Arm Push-Up, Straddle Hold, Leg Extension Hold, Full Split-Front,
High Kick, Full Split-Side (click photos for larger view)

2.
Height classes for all contests with two height classes --
5'-3" and under, and over 5'-3"
3.
All pro qualifier National NPC contests, (USA, Team Universe and
Nationals), will have three height classes:
up to and including 5'-2"
over 5'-2" and up to and including 5'-41/2"
over 5'-41/2"
4.
SIX MORE FITNESS PRO CARDS IN 1999! The top two in each of
the three height classes, (see number 3 above), receive pro cards!!
MEN'S
BODYBUILDING RULE CHANGES:
The top two in the overall Men's Posedown at the USA receive pro
cards in 1999.
